Happy Thanksgiving to all Americans and all others who have something
to be thankful for.

Um, I suppose you can thank your heroes Queen Bush and
Princess Cheney for placing the sons and daughters of
American families at risk.
Our war in Iraq is not one for freedom and democracy. It
is a war meant to benefit ExxonMobil, not the American
people as a whole. Unfortunately, we seem to have created
many enemies around the world by invading Iraq. Most
Democratic politicians will tell you we are much less safe
today than before the invasion.
Bush and Cheney should both be impeached, tried by
the United States Senate, and imprisoned for lying to the
American people.
WMD was Bush and Cheney's lie. The C.I.A. was telling
them all along Iraq did not have a nuclear program. And
when Bush/Cheney couldn't make the lie stick, who did they
blame? They blamed the C.I.A. for faulty intelligence.
Bush and Cheney have no class.

It's just like you to take a thread that is trying to be genial and
turn it into a political Bush bashing.
If the CIA was telling them this all along why did Kerry, Clinton,
Schumer, et. al not say anything when they were presented with the same
evidence?

Take time to think about why YOU put them in harm's way, you illiterate
piece of trailer trash.

OK OK yeah Bush sucks, Cheney's a crooke, wrong-headed war, but hey WE
WON, so be erm... thankful.

Yeah... Howard Dean is working with the laboUr party to make sure they
stay in power in England so we're winning Europe back. If he uses the
same strategy that he used in 2006, LaboUr will stay in power

They'll go down in history... that's enough for me.

No one neaver said that they had a nuclear program. They said Iraq had
a NUKULAR problem, remember?

I blame the American People, as an American, for bellyaching since 2002
about it, then sitting at home instead of voting. At least the
Democratic voters got up off of their fat comfy asses for a change.
The middle class is getting squeezed by the rich and the poor, and
they're starting to feel damned guilty about that whole Iraq thingy...
lets hope that Capitol Hill has our best interests in mind for a
change.

Fuck you. Take time to think about all the soldiers coming home with
injuries that will mess up their lives forever. I hope the guilt kills you.

Over 100 Democrats voted against the war in Iraq. Those Democrats who
voted for the war shirked their responsibility to represent the American
People.
I supported Ohio's Dennis Kucinich in the primaries, not Kerry or any
other Democrat like Clinton who voted for this war. They didn't stand up
to the President like they should have. Not a proud moment for them.

*sigh* I should learn to never read anything on this group that's meant to
be a general greeting.
Now cut that out! Logic has not part of the political discourse in this NG.
The Dims have been telling the faithful that for three years, so it must be
a truism for them, so they must use every opportunity to educate the masses

I'm a little taken aback by the sour attitude of the folks on my side of the
aisle.
It's Thanksgiving, and it IS time to thank God (or whatever you happen to
believe in) for keeping our men and women overseas safe for now, and for the
health of us all.
A lot of foks will be lying in a hospital bed tomorrow, having their
Thanksgiving meal through an IV or a straw, and some of them won't be having
Christmas dinner at all because they won't live that long.
So, good health and long life to us all!
