I'd rather they concentrate on providing quality rather than on counting
noses.

Exactly - who cares who they buy from so long as they have decent
standard of living in their geographic region and the goods are good
quality at the end of the day?

Can we assume you never heard of the methods the Reverend Jackson uses to
intimidate corporation in the US? ;)

Haven't read the article yet; but my first thought is, would that
include Ford, GM and Chrysler? They seem to have spare capacity,
and are quickly becoming minority-owned vendors.
