1992 toyota pick up 3.0L falls on its face

92 toyota 3.0L, we just replaced the heads. nothing else was done. 1/2
throttle the truck runs perfectly until high rpm. 3/4 to full throttle
it can't even carry itself. sounds like a tps problem right. i have
played with it and adjusted it... no change. if anyone can help me out,
please!!! its nerve racking.

Double - check camshaft timing.

Check to make sure that the vacuum hoses are connected properly and that
there are no vacuum leaks (use a vacuum gauge to make sure there is at least
14 or more in. Hg at idle.

Make sure there are no leaks in the intake between the air filter housing
and the throttle body.

Check ignition base timing and make sure that timing is advancing as engine
RPM increases.
