OT: Bush tripled aid to Africa

That's true the US government is only supposed to give the money that it
steals from us, to other American to buy votes. The next big theft by the
government will be a increase in the 'minimum' wage and "free" healthcare,
if the Dims have their way. What will be next, an increase in the 'average'
wage? Soon we will be like Europe where they is no longer any incentive to
work to get ahead ;)

Giving money to that country is like throwing money into a black hole. We've
given money to them for the last 20 some odd years with nothing ever getting

Stealing from one person to give it to another is NOT caring. It is

threatened? Do you mean if we don't pay our taxes?

For that matter, I resent my taxes going to people who don't really need it,
and are making a career of taking handouts.

I'd rather see it fill a bowl in Darfur, than buy some Cheetos in someone
who's driving a better car than I am.
