I'm looking at your weather. Some day/year I'd like to just on a whim
toss a few belongings in the van and take off for Florida in the middle
of winter, for a few days. Only problem is, I may not want to go back.

I don't miss the snow. The landlord in the apartment block doesn't salt or
plow when it snows so the parking lot is a mess. But he's only 25, he
doesn't realize how many old people live in this building and that it's a
little harder for them.
