Monday notwithstanding what happened on Tuesday.

It's been reported that he didn't even read the National Intelligence
Estimate for Iraq before ordering the invasion, even though it was
greatly abbreviated to just 94 pages. It's also well known that GW
Bush doesn't read much ("I'm not much of a reader") and has his daily
briefing, which is only a few pages long, read to him.
