As it happens, doctors in Miami operated on my wife's father for that same
condition. He died as a result.
For a third-world country, Cuba's medical system is remarkably good. When
you consider the limitations under which they labor, you should be
impressed.
It's also remarkable - and sad - that people around the world have a better
opinion of Castro than our own Dear Leader.

Maybe they were Cuban doctors.

Comparing what she wants to a 3rd world country is, as usual, another
one of your brain dead statements.
Fact is, health care in this country is unsustainable. The burden on
people and companies is already at a crisis state with no end in sight.
Something has to change. You can argue what those changes need to be,
but as usual Republicans can only spout empty rhetoric and scare
tactics while putting their heads in the sand. At least Hillary wants
to do something about a very serious problem. If the Republicans have a
better plan, other than letting the healthcare industry and
pharmaceutical companies write their own legislation, I'll certainly
listen.

That's an interesting question. I'm indifferent to Castro, so, no matter
what I think of Bush, there's no comparison to be made.
In database terms, that's like a comparison to a null value - the result is
null.

You are indifferent to Castro but despise Bush. That would mean you
hold Castro in higher esteem than President Bush and hence are one of
those people. I don't know much about databses but I do know logic.

No. Indifference to Castro is like an "unkown." I haven't given him a
like/dislike rating that I can compare to anything.
Is there some requirement around here that I admire or like Bush? I don't
know that I'd say I "despise" him but he's sure doing a crappy job and
there's little I see to admire or like.

Fact is, like it or not, that Castro is immensly popular in Cuba more
so than Bush is popular here and Bush has been responsible for more
deaths and tortures than Castro.
They're both dangerous idealists who think that the ends justifies the
means. Luckily we won't have to wait for Bush to die to get rid of him.

I wasn't talking about people in Miami. I was talking about cubans who
live in cuba. You can not dispute the fact that he is popular in his
own country. I guess you could show me some proof to the contrary. Oh
wait it's you HahaHAhahahahahaha.

The proof is on the beaches of Florida.
If Castro is sooooooooooo popular...why are people risking their lives
to get out?

Well, asshole, to say anything against Castro, is a death sentence for any
Cuban in Cuba, if overheard. Some POPULARITY.
