help about gears

own toyote liteace gears seem to have jammed really tight to move
scared they are going to completelt not move what causes this and how
do i fix it

If you are talking about the shifter in a manual transmission gearbox, check
the shifter bushing and lever attachment. Also check to make sure the
clutch disengages.
