That's silly. Just last week, in an interview, he said "I have no interest
in finding common ground with anyone I disagree with. I want to be
divisive".

Seeing as how he is a uniter and not a divider it would only be fitting
that he be honored for his 20 national years of contribution to the
open-mindedness of the American people.

He said the exact opposite in an interview last week. I suspect his
self-definition is far more accurate than the way YOU see him.

These little musketeers should be careful with the links they post here.

Some critics blame him and a crop of imitators for splitting Americans
further apart, making it more difficult for people of goodwill to forge a
consensus on tricky issues. Limbaugh says that's not his problem. He has
absolutely no interest in crossing the divide and forging compromise — and
good reasons not to do so. "I always say my real purpose is to attract the
largest audience I can, and hold it for as long as I can, so I can charge
confiscatory advertising rates," the talk show host says.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!
dbu, you really need to get with some news sources aimed at adults. Sources
which run stories that last longer than a beer commercial.
Re: Nominates Rush Limbaugh for 2007 Nobel Peace Prize
One question - if Rush believes he is "right", why should he be
interested in compromising with "wrong"? Is there value to corrupting
your beliefs just for the sake of saying you reached an agreement? Is
that how you live your life?

Re: Nominates Rush Limbaugh for 2007 Nobel Peace Prize
Gosh Joe, I'm sorry - I forgot - since you have no standards for
"right" and "wrong", and therefore no way to evaluate what those
concepts even mean, your whole life is one big exercise in
compromise. No need to respond, you have my sympathy.

Philosophically, that's correct. However, when one gets past the age of
maybe.....9, one finds that being rigid is often unproductive, and quite
stupid, too.
But, this doesn't matter. As you can see from Limbaugh's words, his purpose
is not to improve anything but his bank account. Do you dispute his words,
shown above?

Right and wrong. Black and white. Binary thinking is for computer chips,

Here is a radio story about two actual adults discussing the importance of
finding common ground. They're former senators, one D, one R. They
functioned in the real world, as opposed to the mental masturbation funhouse
occupied by your hero, Hush Bimbo.
