What is this about then. Another critical article about the president.
So how much of this kind of stuff have you posted in the past months. I
can tell by the subject line what the point of the posting will be, so
why do I want to bother reading it, I've read it all before, in fact
years before. You and your buddies have been posting this kind of tripe
before the FIRST Bush election, it's been going on for SIX years now.
So why should I pay any attention to it. I've read it all before, I
know where it comes from and I know it's political BS, hateful BS
against Bush. I pay it no attention. GOT IT?

We've been dealing w/GWB being President for 6 years now, & have 2 more to
go...

So, don't read it. No one's forcing you to. (Unlike *having* to have GWB
as one's President when one thinks he's doing an absolutely sh*tty job.)

As I mentioned to you a couple of months ago, Dbu and his pals, like their
hero, GWB, are imperious to fresh ideas and info. They seem to share a
common denominator of virtually no intellectual curiosity, and so when
dealing with common denominators, be prepared for the occasional division by
zero.
By the way, that presidential survey quiz URL that you posted was very
interesting and caused me to research some of the candidates further.

I read the first page of that clearly partisan article and never saw
any reference to the true reason President George W. Bush has been worn
down in the eyes of his retractors. There was no mention of 9/11 nor
terrorism. To people like John Heilemann the attacks on America are a
distant past that they have completely forgotten or try to forget.
Fighting fanatical madmen bent on destroying the entire fabric of our
life while at the same time being demagogued by extremist forces he is
trying to protect will wear down any man entrusted to protect an entire
country from enemies within and abroad. Just the mere fact that he has
kept his cool and not used all his resources to dispatch of his
political enemies says much for the character of this man who is being
bedeviled by evil forces all around.
You don't know how good you have it that your life has not changed
whatsoever since September 11, 2001. If any of those Liberal appeasers
was in office today I shudder to think how quickly we would have had
total chaos inside our cities. All those homicide bombers that
terrorized Israel and now have concentrated their efforts in Iraq would
be here today. Just wait and see what will happen when you won't have
George W. Bush on the job anymore. Mark my words, you will regret the
attitude you have had regarding him.

Of course it was partisan - that was extremely obvious. It was also obvious
that the author's POV re: GWB has changed since when he met him in the
early-mid 90's.

I sincerely doubt that. I wasn't happy about his first term win (well...
sort of win), & as time went by, I became much less happy about it because
of his policies & attitude. The man has screwed things up left, right, &
center.
When someone says, "Mark my words", it's usually an indicator to largely
ignore those words.

"Liberal appeasers?" Get real.
The fact is, we're bogged down in a war we did not need to fight - Iraq.
That's entirely Bush's responsibility. We make fresh enemies every day (per
the Saudis, the Israelis and our own intelligence service). You will regret
supporting this President.

I don't see it as Liberal ideas vs. whatever you are currently using for
troll bait on the NG, but to provide one and just one example of your
resistance to fact vs. your preconceived opinions would be the matter of
potential Global Warming. You and your followers dismiss the substantial and
growing body of research that suggests we, as a world, had better start
taking the evidence a bit more seriously than you would have us believe. And
American businesses are also coming on board, perhaps out of concern,
perhaps seeing profits to be made in the growing evidence.

Tell me in your own words what you think would happen if we packed up

It's not going to happen. AFAIK, only a few people want us out of there
completely, immediately. And I'm not one of them.
Give me a short term and long term[color=blue]

That's exactly what GWB & Co. should've thought of before invading Iraq.
They never went beyond short term planning. Recipe for disaster, nevermind
the faux reasons that got us there to begin with...

Who are those people? Are you willing to support them if they assume

I'm still asking for your opinion as to what would happen if we left

Then why did you reply to a message not directed specifically at
you? ;)
And why do you think it's hateful? Few accurate stories about GW Bush
can be complimentary, especially now.
