My sister used to work at the water company for Kankakee. Bottled water
has to be tested for only 2 things, one of which is a bacteria count, and I
can't remember what she told me for the second. On the other hand, the
water coming out of the water plant has to be tested for quite a few things,
or they have to shut off the flow! And they have to test for some
continually and some have to be tested once an hour.
