The at that point was to send troops into Baghdad, kick some ass for a few
hours or a day, and then go back to the green zone. So, their "arrival" in
Baghdad was really meaningless. The strategy was just changed, as I'm sure
you heard and read over the past 30 days.

Nonsense. A president's
PR staff handles EVERYTHING. If they didn't like the
sign, they would've adjusted the camera angle. They wanted the sign seen.
