Not in this case. It may not have been his intent, but BGM's last sentence
actually indicated that GWB's job performance _is_ crummy. Quote: "His job
performance merely gave the excuse for the extremists to feel justified in
stereotype bashing."

There are some who don't share my opinion of GWB's rating re; job
performance, but they're presently in the minority. Has nothing to do with
snobbishness. Yeah, he frequently massacres the English language, but that
is not why I can't stand the guy. I can't stand him because of how he's
performed as our president - abysmally.
