Yeah. He had a secret source of airplane tickets and box cutters. Here, box
cutters are strictly controlled. Most supermarket employees grow their nails
long so they can do their jobs, while enduring the long waiting period and
background check for their box cutter carry permits.
Saddam was also an expert at getting stolen cars & trucks for bad people.
They're impossible to get here in the USA.
