I understand. I will talk to my insurance company.
However I don't think she'll even think about pulling a stunt like that-
there were 3 other people in my car at the moment of an accident
( hopefully THEIR necks are ok), and if necessary will testify that it
was ENTIRELY her fault. (well, actually she said her kid distracted
her, so there... )

I would still inform my insurance company.

She could still turn around and sue you and if you did not inform your
insurance company within the specified period they have no requirement to
pay for a lawyer to defend you. Happens all the time.
