A 4WD Tercel, All-Trac Corollas and Camrys were a blast on muddy logging
trails. I remember cruising down a muddy/snowy logging trail in an All-Trac
Camry and people in their Jeeps, Chevys, Fords etc. cruising around were
doing double-takes when they saw a Camry sedan keeping up with them in the
mud.
I recall going up a steep and trail in about 2 feet of snow to a lake in the
Sierra Nevadas in northern CA with a buddy in our Toyota 4x4 trucks. We're
sitting there fishing, thinking that our off-roading prowess got us a
fishing spot that we wouldn't have to share with anyone else, when along
comes a PINTO with a canoe strapped to the roof. Talk about deflating male
egos!

HAHAHA! Yeah!
Our first Toyota was a 1972 Corona sedan, 4 dr with a bench front and an
auto on the column (rare, I'm told...). I was going along in my friend's
1967 Chevy C-30 2WD, 1 ton with a heavy suspension. We were looking for a
good place to smoke....er....cigarettes, yeah, cigarettes...
I turned up this dirt road with a lot of rocks, about 10 miles north of
Greenfield, and he says, "You're not going up there with MY truck, are
you?" I looked at him and said "I go up here with my Mom's Corona!!!!"

HAHAHA!
