Sorry, no. I seldom listen to broadcast radio. Fox News via
XMRadio when I'm out during the day.
Unless I want a chuckle. Then CNN is on, particularly when
Judy Woodruff pollutes the ether.

Rush went to see the troops and find out what was really going on in
Afghanastan.
Turns out...the news is much better than we hear on the local
news...BIG SURPRISE!
The troops were super happy to see Rush. He was in awe of the guys.
He met the real 'heroes'...
I have a lot of respect for people that will go see the troops on the
front line...

Yeah, right. <g>
A friend of mine just returned from his third tour. His function?
Sniper.
My son now has a nice .50 caliber piece of brass that dispatched one
of the idiots called "arms smuggler" at just over nine hundred yards.
My friend, the MSgt, is quite a guy.
He called it a "target-rich environment" and he had some really nice
things to say about the left-wing-dominated media. Essentially CNN
and Company sicken the troops.

For certain. Even better when they actually back the troops with more
than just politically expedient rhetoric.

'target-rich' is right....lol

Rush explained what happened to him back when he 'could' have gone in.
Seems he had a high lottery number and did not volunteer. That was
when the left had finally turned the country against the Viet Nam war.
I remember those times...
Having never served in the military, I think Rush has a very deep
respect for those that did.
Rush does do a lot for the military.
It is really hard to 'fool' the troops. They know 'real' people.
Your picture of the service person with Hillary is proof of
that...LOL

I can see where one would be "sickened" by the "left-wing-dominated"
media (though I also see the inherent ignorance in such a blanket
statement).
I have a question though -- is your Friend "sickened" by the lies that
Bush and Rice propagated to get the USA into war? Is your Friend
"sickened" by the hundreds of billions of daughters that Bush borrowed
from your Friend's kids and grandkids to fund this war?
Is your Friend sickened by the American Congress which promoted someone
who advocated torture to the position of Attorney General?

OK, you can say that Bush lied. But the point remains that Saddam remained
in violation of UN resolutions, which are slightly less enforceable than
parking laws, as it turns out. Since the UN does not care to enforce its
own pronouncements, it is now as dead as the League of Nations was after
Italy bombed Abyssinia in 1936.
You liberals make me SICK to my stomach. I've been trying to get you people
to see the light since 1970 and you keep wanting to live in your own
separate reality. . . .

I don't believe Bush lied...
Defination of lie...
# To present false information with the intention of deceiving.
He did not do that....so he did NOT lie!

Too bad Bush can't run again. In addition to getting SS working right
he would see to it the U.N. is overhauled or junked in favour of a new
world organization that can do the job. The Republicans will just have
to crush the socialists again and continue the great work of President
Bush.
I wonder what it will take for the Democrat party to regurgitate the
socialists and once again be a viable party, a party which the average
joe can at least consider.
