Tires for 1995 Toyota Corolla -- Best Deals Online?

The tires I have now are P175/65TR 14... and they are pretty bad. When
I hit a bump at 70mph [like the pot holes on the BW parkway] the car
bounces like a toy.

I want to go up to the "optional" 185/65TR14. My mechanic suggested I
visit tirerack[dot]com, buy the tires I want from there, and have them
shipped to his garage since they have the best prices.

Any suggestions on (1) upgrading to 185, (2) the best brands for Toyota
Corolla, and/or (3) the cheapest online destination for buying tires?
