4Runner Blue Spots

Hi every one!
I drive a 2004 4Runner Sport Edition with a Galactic Gray color.
Recnetly I have noticed that the body is covered with tiny blue
"ink-like" spots coming through the clear coat but don't seem to be
removable. It is like from the inside of the color layers. Anyone who
is experiencing something like this, please let me know, because
Toyota, doesn't provide with answers. Also if anyone just recently had
purchased such a car, please monitor it closely for such phenomenon.

Were these spots there when you bought the car, or do you think they
have just appeared recently?

Are the spots mostly on the horizontal surfaces, like roof and hood or are
they on the vertical surfaces as well? Are the spots evenly distributed
through out the body?

I have had 1983 Land Cruiser, which was covered all over by braun spots. I
think that they are removerable with sandpaper.
