toyota masters at marketing quality, losers at keeping it

Does Toyota only market quality now or what???

Here are my problems with Toyota's recent purchase at Tom Wood Toyota
in Indianapolis.

2002 Sienna - Transmission, catalytic converter, rear brakes replaced
(some at my cost even under warranties).
sliding doors both sides do not allow you to open from inside due to a
faulty design in handles to open doors. Does anyone have similiar
experiences as I am trying to develop documentation to present to the
dealer/national to fix. They tell me it will cost 400-600 per door
(car out of warranty), but problem has been reported when happening
intermittently before warranty and they blew me off.

2004 Sienna - don't ask why I bought it after 02 problems but...
already had Radiator replaced at 7K miles, and now having trouble with
power windows on passenger sliding doors.

Please share any experiences
you have had with bad designs for your 02 or 04/05 model

I am going to need all the ammo I can get to motivate these folks to
fix my cars.

Is it just me or does Toyota only Market quality?
