If you could ever get past your juvenile name-calling, you would see
that what is so amusing about this story is the contrast between 1) the
evidence that JFK struggled in school and 2) the left's claims that his
intelligence far exceeds that of GWB. That claim is nonsense. You
don't get where they are by being stupid, but GWB and his proponents
have never claimed intellectual superiority. While GWB is *at times* a
weak public speaker, I think he is earnest and much more believable in
general.
JFK, like many others who subscribe to his political philosophy (Al
Gore is another), seems to be a graduate of the "If you can't dazzle
them with brilliance, baffle them with bull$hit" school of public
speaking. Try to develop the ability to discern between the two.

As if RRR's are swayed by intellect?? Who demonstrates the most emotion
when posting in this NG? Yet another baseless statement.

The liberals are the ones name calling. Look at this thread and you will see
who demonstrates most emotion.

Try a larger sample base, as in many threads over a long time.

You can call it juvenile name-calling all you want, a dumbshit is a dumbshit
is a dumbshit. Here's another 'juvenile' word for you: Hypocrite, learn the
word. From now on since you neos seem so intent on calling any liberal
leaning poster in this NG who spouts a nasty word a 'juvenile' or whatever
else your little brains can come up with, first try doing the same for the
Right. I'll of course be keeping track of your posts and I expect you to
call out the Righties like yourself on these comments as well. Get over
yourself.

At times? Hardly....According to Bushs Ideology he reached a majority and
far surpassed it in his weak speaking percentile bracket.

I'm sure anything you don't agree with in your neo ways is Bullshit. Funny
how you have made it into a JFK philosophy. Now according to the neocons
being yourself and being intelligent is a philosophy? Oh and please point me
to where Kerry made Intelligence an issue as well.... you cant because he
didn't. The publics the one who decided who the smarter guy was.

From what I've seen, LLL's exhibit more hysterics than a blonde
actress in a B grade horror flick.
------------------------------------------------
The DNC - Building a bridge to the 20th Century.
I never said JFK himself made intelligence an issue, to do so would
have been political suicide. But criticizing GWB as "dumb" is a very
consistent theme of the so-called "intelligent" Lefties who have no
better ammunition or ideas than knee-jerk name calling (sound
familiar?).
You must be too young to recall Reagan's re-election campaign, but many
of us fondly recall how he handled the Left's lame claim that he was
"too old". It was a classic moment in political history. They never
seem to learn that it's much better to criticize someone's ideas than
their personal attributes. Of course to criticize someone's ideas you
need to have some better ones yourself, which the Left has lacked for
most of the last 40 years.

Is that a right-wing bigoted statement against blondes? ;-)

ROFL.....
You are too young to remember the last 40 years...and the reason the
liberals are in the minority is that you guys HAVE been pushing your
liberal garbage....
btw...the majority of Americans are conservative....

Sounds to me like you are implying JFK and his proponents have.

A smart being can be dumb. Bush may just be a smart guy who is consistently
doing dumb things. Again you seem to be blind about your 'knee-jerk' name
calling, don't be such a hypocrite.

The left would not criticize his personal attributes if his ideas were not
up for criticism as well, you understand that, right? The only thing the
left has lacked for the last 40 years is pushing the social liberal issue
the way it should be and to be ousting these anti-American one sided
religious agenda righties from Congress.
