OT: STOP Changing The Subject, Bush!

NO WONDER THE REPUBLICAN PARTY
WANTS TO CHANGE THE SUBJECT
Poll: President Bush and Washington
Republicans Not Getting the Job Done

Washington, DC - An ABC News/Washington Post poll reported on June 8th
that Americans feel less safe, with only 40 percent of independents
approving of President Bush's job combating terrorism, and among all
Americans, "58 percent said he is not concentrating on the things
that matter most to them."

Furthermore, more than 50 percent of Americans do not approve of the
job President Bush is doing, the highest negative rating of his
presidency. The poll also found that for "the first time, a majority,
55 percent, also said Bush has done more to divide the country than to
unite it." [Washington Post, 6/8/05]

According to the Post, "There were signs...that Bush and Republicans
in Congress were receiving more of the blame for the recent standoffs
over such issues as Bush's judicial nominees and Social Security. Six
in 10 respondents said Bush and GOP leaders are not making good
progress on the nation's problems; of those, 67 percent blamed the
president and Republicans while 13 percent blamed congressional
Democrats." [Washington Post, 6/8/05]

During an appearance on the Today Show on 6/8/05, Chairman Dean
discussed the Republicans leadership's efforts to distract the
American people from their failed record:

"They want to divert attention.... We (Democrats) believe this is a
diversion from the issues that really matter.

"Social security and adequate jobs. Strong public schools. Strong
defense where our troops are not pinned down. Iran and North Korea are
the real threats to America.

"We will build this party back. When we take over, we will include
everybody.

"And we are going to have an economic and defense policy. We don't have
that now."

[DNC Press Office, 6/8/2005]

Dean is kicking ass. Finally, someone who understands what the
Democrats are really all about.

We're exposing what pussies the Silver-Spooned Republicans really are!
Soon as they grow backbones and learn what calluses feel like, they're
welcome in my house as well.

I got your friggen corporate entitlements right here.

It's an off year. Only two races that anyone gives a damn about this
year. Same thing happened in ... 2001, 1997, 1993, 1989, 1985, ad
nauseum.

You must be new to this whole politics thing? Or are you starting to
believe what the Liberal Media dispenses via FOX News sound bytes?

Re: OT: STOP Changing The Subject, Bush!

Oh yea of little knowledge. The contributions to the RNC are
more than twice those of the DNC, in this off year. To top it
off the RNC is getting more of small donations from the little
guys out there and the DNC is getting more from the big special
interest groups, surprise, surprise. Search the wed it is public
information available to those willing to search. ;)

You have absolutely no fucking idea what you are talking about. ;)
Fucking idiot.

The party that wins the White House ALWAYS outraises the losing party
in the year after the election. A five year old could figure that out.

And, the fact that you marry special interests with the DNC, when
Special Interests, from the Nazi Party all the way up to Halliburton
and Enron are responsible for the power of the Bush dynasty and the
NEPOTISM that got George W. "Retard" Bush into office.

I counted all of the almost half a billion dollars that the DNC raised
in 2004, donation by donation, penny by penny. The average donation
was 50.08.

McCain Feingold marginalized the buying power of Special Interests.
The Bush dynasty found a way around that problem -- they just started a
war so they could move hundreds of billions of dollars of American
Citizen's tax dollars around at will, at the cost of thousands of
lives, while pussies like you felt morally righteous after seeing the
pictures of dead non-whites in the middle east.

I can almost see the wisdom in kill files. You're a waste of
bandwidth.

Re: OT: STOP Changing The Subject, Bush!

All news sources are biased. You need the consider all of the
information, not just the one's that support your position, to determine
the whole story. A prime example in the Washington DC area is the
Washington Post versus the Washington Times. A student took a handgun
to school in DC and was arrested. The Post cried for more gun control
and how we need to get guns off the streets, but left out a few facts.
The Times reported the missing facts, it was a DC police officer's
handgun. The son took his father's issue weapon to school. Now you see
why you need to check with more than one source, especially if you read
it in the Washington Post. The Post also did some stories on "bullets
hitting house" and how the people 'lived in fear". Again, the Post left
out a few facts. The bullets were from a DC police range . . . I
believe they don't call this a lie, all they did was omit a few facts,
important facts, but "technically" not a lie. So when you quote the
Washington Post, you will have to forgive us if we don't accept it as
the whole truth.

I agree -- and the fact that I quoted the Washington Post is arbitrary.
They just happen to be the news outlet who conducted the survey.

Of course we all know the Washington Times is slanted as hell.

Re: OT: STOP Changing The Subject, Bush!

I seems little richard actually believes some of the things he
posts, he is left of Dean. No wonder they call them the loonies
on the evil left. Not only are the deft of ideas they see
conspiracies everywhere. Thank goodness they are out of power.
LOL
