I just love my Dish Network with a built in digital VCR....

....when you watch TV like I do...(not really paying attention) it is
just great to be able to playback real time TV...instantly.

I also record the stuff that interests me and can skip thru the
commercials.

LOL..well go in there an erase some of them!!!!

I've got a total of 100 hours available on mine...and seem to be able
to clean it out in time to get the real 'important' stuff....LOL

I think there's a hard mod you can do to upgrade the HDD.

The thing is, the DVR remote has about one thousand buttons on it...
last night it popped up a warning "Cannot record COPS, device is full"
and it took me about 15 minutes to determine how to get rid of that
warning so I could continue my television viewing experience.
