continously variable automatic gear box in yaris?

hi, does the toyota yaris have one of these 'continously variable type'
automatic gear box or does it have the normal type automatic gear box,
please?

Sorry, don't know about the Yaris. Here in the US it is called an Echo and
has a standard (that is, 4sp auto w/lockup) trans. But then, the rest of
the world sometimes gets what we don't, for some reason...
