Bin Laden in Saudia Arabia?

CIA Directors statements "I have a very good idea where he
is." along with, "There are questions of sovereignty
involved." pretty well nail it down in my mind. After
all, Bush has never worried about sovereignty issues with
any other nation in the middle east.

Have you ever played poker?

Ever think that the CIA Director is smoking him out?

You and I have no idea what is going on...

Actually, he has. OBL could be in any of several countries, Pakistan,
Afghanistan, Iran, and Syria to name but a few. Of course, thnese are listed
in no particular order, but they are places where soveeignity is an issue.
Of those on the list, I suppose Afghanistan presents no sovereignity issues.

From what I've seen of Goss he is getting the CIA back together again.
I'd be willing to bet the leaks have stopped.

What? Smoke him out by saying "I have a pretty good idea where he is?"
What do you expect bin Laden is going to do? Show up in a TV studio in
Bahrain saying, "No, you don't," just to prove Porter Goss wrong?

Well, you're half right. YOU certainly have no idea what's going on.

Bolton won't make it, and his name is being withdrawn.

I think he would have been a good ambassador to the UN. His management style
would have been an issue for the Bush Administration, notably his boss over
at the State Department, but management style isn't an item that should be
discussed in the Senate.

I'd be willing to bet that there are a certain amount of intentional leaks
that are meant to keep the enemy off balance.

Well to that aspect I'd say yes there are.

I don't think there is a person in their right mind would allow the
enemy to have our plans and intentions.

Disinformation campaigns have always been effective tools.

I've always liked 'risk' takers.

Porter is one of these.

I'd be willing to bet that any 'leak' you get wind of...will be on
purpose...
