If the democrats were smart they would get rid of howard dean and run
one of the last three mentioned in this article:

"Tom Vilsack of Iowa and Mark Warner of Virginia _ are testing the
waters. Sen. Evan Bayh, D-Ind., is also looking at the race.. "
