Belt tensioner replaced-belt still squeaks

2003 Corolla, 34,000 miles, drive belt squeaking when engine is
cold-started. Dealer said tensioner was bad and belt was fine, replaced
tensioner under warranty. Three days later, belt again squeals when
cold-started.

Could the belt maybe have gotten glazed from previous slippage, causing it
to slip now? Or is the new tensioner bad as well?
