I'm not sure what it is in Canada. Where I'm at, the muffler warranty
they gave me at the dealer was for parts and labor. In your case, you
have to check your receipt if you still have it.
Another way for you to check also is to call another dealer and ask
what the warranty would be if you bought a new muffler from them.
Specifically ask if the lifetime warranty would cover parts and labor.
Then, ask them if they have that in writing somewhere.
