And if you are, why are you wasting time looking here?
I'M Sick...some thoughtful person came in to work Friday in the most
contageous stage of her illness, and I was the lucky one to catch it, now,
two prescriptions and three OTC meds later, here I sit in 90 degree
weather with the chills...
So, what's the rest of you excuses, and can I get a similar job?

Ok, I'm gonna pull a Josh on you: How old ARE you? I thought you were in
your 30's.

something with all of this extra screen real estate

once a month I _have_ to run this Windows app for work. Only once a
month. So, once a month I work in windoze.
I just installed the latest version of wine on my box tho, hopefully it
will run above app.
Talk about nerd alert: I actually figured out how to mount my VMware
drive without loading VMware -- since I have all of my windows tools
installed there, I can now fire them up in wine.
Also, I'm sick of digging through these huge XML files I work with --
xmlspy makes it a lot easier to refactor xsl and you guessed it -- only
runs in windows.

You are correct. I am 39. When I got laid off from the electronics
industry in Jan '04, I went back to school.

I'm not at work because I probably won't be allowed to drive myself for
another week waiting for the sternum to heal. I might be able to work from
home starting next week, I'm going to have to change some arrangements.

HEY RICHARD!
The pot's calling the kettle black! You think I'm anal about cars? Take a
look at what you posted above - when you're talking 'puters, you're as bad
or worse than me talking about cars! <g>
