Download Pan Newsreader. You will also have to download and install the
GTK+ runtime to run on Windows. Install GTK first, then install PAN. It's
what you get as a GUI newsreader in Linux, and it has some very, very nice
features that run rings around OE. BUT: no HTML (no loss...) and no ani's
or links for attatchments (unless they are pix)
