Saved $30 on tires

We went to see the penguin movie yesterday. It was great. My daughter
didn't even flinch at the dead penguins -- I swear some times these New
Age pop-psychologists make such a big deal out of stuff. Death is
(still) part of life and why would I wanna hide that fact from my kid?


Anyway I stopped in at Sears while I was there and they had my BF
Goodrich Traction T/A's on sale for $15 off (which made them as cheap
as Tirerack!). I needed two more tires so I got 'em. Tossed them in
the trunk, I'll go by my mechanic later this week to have them
installed. Its a nice feeling to just be able to walk away from Sears
with the tires, and not have to wait for their piss poor service dept
to put them on my car.
