A solution for my Cooling Tube problem? (A tnx to Ray O)

Brought your note in, Ray. They know Ron.

At any rate the Parts Manager went up through the years. He got the part
no. for the trans cooling tube from a '91. There is ONE in the country, in
California. It will probably be here Friday.

From the diagram, it looked similar; it has the same fittings as the one I
need; it may be a little shorter. This doesn't really matter, since there
is a hose that attaches to the end anyway, so we'll just add a little
longer hose.

I wonder what the difference is, really between an '88/89/90 and a '91,
unless they changed it to make it better...

I feel much better replacing the cob-job that's on there now with the real
thing. I don't know how long that mess was on there, but the tubing will
probably last the rest of the life of the car.

Sounds like you're in good shape! Be sure to have the parts manager say hi
to Ron for me!
