No, it's his job to lead the Executive Branch of the government. He
does that by appointing people he believes can do the assigned job.
When and if they fail, he replaces them with someone else who can.

As Arianna Huffington said in your video, "There's a genius behind the
stupidity." That can be taken many different ways. Apparently the
American people preferred the oil-rich, dumb-talking, stupid redneck

ever before. Oil companies are making record profits and prices hit
an all time high. Disaster strikes and the govt fails to act. Our
freedoms have been stolen away. He calls that the work of "the
greatest president ....". If bush fucked him up the ass he'd still
be screaming "You're the greatest".
