Seems the reaction to President Bush's speech was more volatile than
people expected.
Unfortunatly, the vitriol went the WRONG WAY!
Drew Roberts (can't remember first name right now) was interviewing
survivors in the Astrodome, and was trying to get them to pin the blame on
President Bush. WITHOUT FAIL, they ALL said the State and Local
Governments should have done more to protect them. One woman even pointed
out, while they were living in filth in the Superdome, buses were flooding
in parking lots.
So, with the rest of the country pointing fingers at Bush, the people who
LIVED THROUGH IT know where the blame lies!
It was also mentioned that Mary Landrew, looking for re-election, managed
to round up buses to bring people to the polls in FOURTEEN HOURS, never
mind THREE DAYS!

But it was 100% of the people interviewed. Guess the interviewer decided
to give up while he was LOSING.

This will all come out in the wash (no pun intended).

nothing but anecdotal evidence. completely statistically
insignificant. In other words, it means nothing.

no no... I believe you, I'm just saying that in terms of data, its
anecdotal.

Would it still have meant nothing if they all had blasted Bush
one wonders?

The numbers are what they are. A handful of anecdotal interviews.
There's already tons of evidence showing his mismanagement.
Now he's getting ready to set up the neocon version of the "Great
Society" program with another $200 billion PLUS.
I remember history books showing cartoons of the Colonial dwellers
using paper money to make cloaks. By the time he's finished printing
all that money, we'll be right back there.

Those bastard Democrats! How dare they try to garner votes! What will
they do next? And equality in taxes.... where will the dirty double
dealing ever end?

You can bet if the anecdotal evidence was against Bush, Little Dick, Dizziot
and company would be shouting it from the rooftops. Now you see why I call
them, if not outright pinkos, fellow travelers. They are aiding and
abbeting the Left's smear campaign of BLAME BUSH. And we thought Communism
was dead. . . .

what in the hell makes you think that, kanker sore? there's already a
ton of evidence showing what a friggen moron bush is. a few more
interviews wouldn't matter either way. can you read? did you see my
reply to gord? or are you being psychotic again, ignoring that which
doesn't jive with your hallucinations?

Bush is a horrid president. In less that eight years he's turned us
from the most respected, most powerful nation in the world to a
complete laughingstock. The chinese are already running away from the
dollar and towards the euro. hmmm wonder why?
even WITHOUT Katrina, he is still a piss-poor excuse for a President.
