94 pickup - front bumper turn signals/lights

I have a 94 toyota pickup that i got not too long ago. question is
should the turn signal bulbs that are in the front bumper come on with
the parking lights and flash when the signal is used?

As is it's a single filament bulb that does not light up at all with
the lights on but does flash for a signal.
Is this correct?

thanks
md

It's working like it was designed.

Yup thats right --- there is a mod on the yota 4x4 group that adds the side
marker lights to also flash. It entails replacing the lamp socket there.

Re: 94 pickup - front bumper turn signals/lights

Thanks. The side marker lights not flashing is no biggie. It just seems
like if you're looking at the truck head on in the dark there is no
light and most cars bumper lights come on and also double as the turn
signal lights.

thanks
mike
