Broken wheel studs

Any ideas on how to replace broken wheel studs without hammering on the
axle or removing the axle? Know where to find a c-clamp type hydraulic,
pneumatic or manual press which can be used on the car without
removing the axle or damaging the bearings???

Just use a hammer and punch to drive the old one out. You will not hurt
the bearing. Use a lug nut with some washers behind it to draw in the new
stud.
