rattle on '03 Tacoma

I have an '03 Taco with a rattle/buzz coming from either the dash
or one of the door/trim panels. This rattle/buzz seems to happen in any
gear at around 1800 rpm and when the vehicle is cold. Truck is kept in a
garage and lately it's been cool in the evenings. The rattle seems to be
there the first few minutes of driving but almost always goes away after
the truck is warmer. Sometimes the rattle/buzz happens at same rpm when
climbing a hill or grade. ...truck is still under warranty but the
dealer cannot make rattle happen when it's in the shop.

Has anyone had this rattle/buzz/temperature/rpm correlation?

I have an 03 and when its cold and I start the truck, and turn the fan on
high, I get a rattle coming from the lower passenger vent. But once the
truck starts to warm up, it goes away. Lower fan settings decrease the
rattle. Haven't been to concerned about it.
