You're an idiot. Yes, an E-1 grade, gang boy lingo fucktard.

Perhaps if you could spell, or construct a proper sentence you might
be able to make a case. Then again, you are likely a kooktard from
over in a.u.k.

Oh.. I see... You are an AOL retard. That says it all.

Now, the question is are there any real men out there that actually
have real language skills that can address my remarks, or is this 11
year old mentality idiot the only person in those other groups to
respond (albeit wrong. He obviously cannot even read, much less
write).

I would address this asswipes bullshit section by section, but I
can't even make out half of it.

Explain what "seasoning" is if you are so smart, dipshit.

Also, I NEVER said someone should drive on a warped rotor.

Also, on those rotors that do have integrated bearings, if the
driver of the car was so retarded that he couldn't get his car
serviced while his bearings were going south, he shouldn't even be on
the road.

If you are so retarded that you can't tap out bearing races without
fucking up the press fit, then you are not any kind of real mechanic,
much less anywhere near the mechanic you claim to be.

And yes, I have turned several thousand sets of rotors, in an icy
city, and I have done heavy vehicles on a brake lathe your idiot ass
has likely never touched. The 6000 model. I have probably turned a
bigger rotor than you ever have as well.

Grow the fuck up and learn how to write in english, dipshit.

Dear Roy,
there's a possibility you misunderstood me. Let me clarify.

Good brake work does not involve sticking a big arse drum
On a lathe and claiming yer a dumptruck expert.

Should the occasion arise to defend my credentials, I hope you
Understand that I will willingly defend my expertise with some
Concrete facts and put forth a remarkable effort to debate in
Kind, with published brake proceedure from reputable sources.

And........

Most of the manly men mechanics reading this thread would be
Ordinarily pointing out the FALSE statements made in that first
Non-truth rambling rant of yers.
Kill files are made for individuals that don't care to read the posts
Everyone puts on the NG. So...feel free to eliminate me if
You wish. But...I'll jest follow you around the NGs and pest you
Sporadically at my whim.

Arbitrary discussion on a vehical system is one thing, however,
Should someone claim to be, or lead others to believe, they have
Superior knowledge in a subject they don't...well..I'm correcting it.

You have evidently not found anything to back up your rambling
Oratory of a FALSE posting by doing a search...so let me help you
Understand a little better.

All good, professional, expert brake diagnosticians are capable of
Sifting through yer first post and identifying you as a guy that only
Shoots from the hip when he runs into a real diagnostic problem.

When you grow up....and become a woman.....I hope that your
Intentions turn more toward knowing your facts, instead of
Propogating fallable prose that could lead to a catastrophic
Episode of embarassment by mass acclamation of FACT.

~~in closing~~
hopefully you understand me........
if not.....
just read down the left margin...
things may be clearer then.

Yep,
yer jest the guy to give advice on brake jobs Roy Toy.
Hey, Roy Toy....those that can do.

Them that can't.....well they read and rant alot...you know?

I'm going to jest attribute your WRONG information to the fact that
you were smoke'n some of that stuff that yer tout'n over in the ole
drug forum....

You know Roy Toy........if you ain't NEVER, EVER, NEVER.......
seen a spun bearing race or a bearing race seat that's been
fubared and WON'T accept a new race......then you shudda
left that out....cuz it kinda diminishes your already shoddy
credibility as a brake expert. Especially when you leave all
them posts hang'n around in hyperspace proving that you
ain't. Kinda......stupid reeely. (don't yuh thunk?)

oh and Roy Toy.........
as far as yer bigger rotor......

it ain't how big it is.......
it's what you know how to do with it that counts.

but......
i don't think you got either of those problems Roy Toy.

I knew more about fits and tolerances and precision machining at age
ten in 1970, than your retarded ass will ever know in your entire
pathetic life, dipshit.

I did brakes 25 years ago, dumbass. Compared to engineering, it is
a petty task.

Re: Can anyone tell the difference between rotors and pads (truthfully)?

The OEM vender for Toyota invented ceramic pads and that is what Toyota
uses! Pick them up at the dealer or order a set from Tire Rack or other
venders under the brand name Akebono's advanced ProACTT Ceramic Disc Pads,
about $70 a set.

If you need great rotors Brembro rotors can be ordered from Tire Rack also.

The key step is to break in the new pads correctly. Akebono recommends that
the new pads be used in several hard stops from about 40 mph and that the
pedal not be pressed down until the pads and rotors have a chance to cool
down a bit. You want pad material to be evenly distributed on the rotor
surface. What seems like a warp us typically uneven pad material
distribution on the rotor. I can report that this worked to perfection on my
PT Cruiser and Town & Country mini-van.

Good pads and good rotors can be made to perform like bad pads and rotors if
you don't take this step to break in the parts correctly. Most repair shops
don't have a clue.

Richard.

You're an idiot. An illiterate idiot at that.

No, always. You have always been an idiot, and you will always be an
idiot.

That's right, fucktard.

Depends on whether it is a ruggedized mil design or not.

No. Most of our gear gets sent back to the engineering lab, IF it
fails.

>rotflmfao @ the PackMan technician.

You're an idiot, asbestos boy.

>hey roytoy.......you dropped yer slide rule.

You wouldn't know. My young niece does the math better than your
retarded ass does, and she is only five years old.

>~:~

Actually no... you do not, and the reason is that you cannot.

The wanna be brake tech "ShitMonster" does some brakes and thinks he
is a professor on the subject, yet cannot even communicate in his
native language worth a shit. That makes you Professor Bullshit.

Whereas "Roy" has built engines from all of the big four (that's what
it used to be called, asswipe), and then some.

Engines:
Ford
GM
Chysler/Dodge
AMC
International Harvester
Harley Davidson
Honda
Suzuki
Yamaha
Volkswagon
British Leyland
Even Mercury
And Volvo/Penta

types:
Gas
Diesel
Propane

Press:
rods, hot fit
King Pin fitting
cylinder sleeves
axle bearing races
hard exhaust seats
Flywheel ring gear
Valve guides
and even rotor spindle bearing races

Machine:
Heads
flywheels
line bore blocks
Block decks
cut valve seats for pressed replacements
redress heads
Machine heads for roller rocker assemblies
rotors
drums
PTO rings
Along with fifty other Automotive machine shop operations

Unlike yourself, asbestos boy, I actually know what the term "true"
means.

Everything I have said in the thread is true. Everything you have
said since you jumped in and mentally masturbated in the thread is
bullshit.

Since you are blind, you will never know the difference.
Since you are retarded, you will never admit that fact even to
yourself.
