Yeah...OK. This will sure hurt them thar aliens, who have no financial
connection to these distilleries at all. Zero. Zip. Nada.

Simple as you, this idea. If you're talking about Mex dishes you get in the
vast majority of restaurants, or the ingredients you buy in supermarkets,
none of these products are made in Mexico. Boycotting will have no impact on
"illegals".

If illegals stop working long enough, you'll have no salad to go along with
your dinner. Of course, I'm sure you or your kids will run right out to get
jobs bending over and picking lettuce all day for $4.00 an hour, right?

Doug, you are so right.
When I was in high school, way back in the 80's <G>, I was a janitor,
landscaper, and dishwasher after school. All of my friends had
similar jobs at fast food joints, golf courses, etc... My wife did
laundry and cleaned at a nursing home, and waited tables in a pizza
joint.
I live in an average, middle class, suburban area, and I don't know
ANYONE with high school age kids where the kids actually have jobs.
I've unsuccessfully offered $20/pop to neighborhood kids (actually,
their parents got the offer) to mow my lawn with MY mower & gas, a
35-45 minute job. These kids have never even ATTEMPTED to get a job.
The parents say "getting good grades is my kid's job". They don't
even mow their own lawn (the parents OR the kids)!
So, who's going to do it this stuff?
Who's willing to pay double for that restaurant meal, so the bus boy
can make union scale? What would it cost to get the lawn mowed if
the guy mowing residential lawns made $25+/hr with full bennies, paid
vacations & rain days, and daily OSHA machinery hour limits? <G>
Lots of "illegals" (some are legal, you can't tell by looking at them)
fill valid holes in the work force.
Don't feed the trolls :-P
