2003 4runner door locks

My driver side door lock just started to stay locked when the engine
is off and the key is removed. Is there a code to use with the remote
to change this?

hey John,
check your manual..they should have an area where you can change the settings
on your entry system through your remote..If your batery hasnt been changed
in your remote..I suggest you do that first ....then go to that section in
the manual & follow the steps to disengage such settings...I had a 98 4runner
that i did that to

mine would lock the doors when I put it in gear ( I dont like that) so I
reprogrammed it to not do it ~~ Toyota enginners are VERY smart you can do
just about anything you want with them... Hope this helps
