skid plate bolt size and radiator/tranny fluid?

1. Need new bolts for my 1994 toyota pickup skip plate. Old ones are
too dirty/old/ stripped head and now very nonreusable. Anyone know the
proper size?

2. Swapped out the radiator (4 cyl, auto) and was wondering how much
transmission fluid flows thru the radiator. Whats the factory
recommended fluid to top off? Its the wifes truck and can't check the
specs while at work.
