Jack stands for Tundra SR5 extra cab

I need some suggestions on quality jack stand brands. Since I'll be
working under the truck, I want something other than those made in
China or Taiwan. Are Craftsman brand good? What weight capacity
should I look for? TIA

Most of the Craftsman stuff is not made in the USA anymore. Look for
something that is rated for twice the weight of your truck...unless your
want to trust your life to something less.

Re: Jack stands for Tundra SR5 extra cab

Weight is the #1 characteristic for a jack stand, Height coming in a close
second.

Having a jack stand that can hold something 36 inches off the ground is
useless if the capacity is small, but a large capacity that is vertically
challenged is also not very useful. Craftsman are fine. Frankly, a static
load on a Chinese jackstand is okay if the stand does not wobble.
