1990 4runner tie rods

I had just recently fixed my starter because I was having the same problems
that other people were describing. Then I wanted to see how my front tie
rods were performing. I noticed they needed replacing so I went out and
bought new ones. My question is what is the torque speck for the outer tie
rods and do I need a special tool or machine to put them in? If I don’t
need any special tools, is it an easy fix that I can do with a open day or
should I have a mechanic look at it? Any info with regards to the torque
specs and difficulty would be greatly appreciated.
