4Runner 4WD 2000 timing belt question

My 4Runner 4WD 2000 is ready for the 80,000 mile maintenance. The local
dealer is telling me that I should be changing the timing belt. Is this
something I should be doing at 80,000 miles?

Gates catalog mentioned a 90K miles interval. Previous years spec a 60K
interval for severe service.

Change out all the belts, oil seals, water pump and pulleys while in
there.
