if they have the same part number they'll hve the same availability... but you're looking for interchangeable aftermarket parts eh?

-anything from the MKII supra swaps and gives a little drop (~1")
-1st gen rav4 struts fit the front of the X8 in front meaning they'll fit hte X7. use the strut cartrige with a spacer to make it work.
-OR swap the whole X8 front suspension and x-member for later engine mount compatibility (1j, 2j) and 5-lug
-for the rear, ford crown victoria struts fit very well with a 1-3" drop (not reccomended without lowering springs)

I know Camry springs fit in front for a nice drop and slight stiffening, unfortunately I don't know what years. they fit the x8 so they'll fit the x7/a6 chassis too. I don't know about the back spring-wise.

tokicos are good

don't start a new thread to ask something you already asked in another.

also: searching for the part number you listed doens't come up with results anywhere. maybe you could elaborate what it is?

fronts should, I can't confirm though. rears do not.

you can swap the whole strut and spindle too to get 5 lug hubs up front.

you can swap the whole front suspension to tighter turning radius, 5-lug hubs up front, and new (JZ) engine mount compatibility.
