The oil leak caused rod-knock or you not checking your oil caused rod-knock?
You have a GTE longblock running as a NA? you know it's a lower compression ratio so you have less power...
You have to use the ECU that can run coilpacks to use the CPS.... GTE or standalone.
As for the leak, mine did and I got a dizzy guaranteed not to leak....it didn't for a while, now it does. I'd guess it's because I've got nearly no rings left and blowby pressurized the crankcase causing oil to be blown out everywhere. how new is your 'new' engine? new rings and honed cylinders? what's the ring clearance on it? well taken care of GTE rings are gonna be a lot more abused that neglected GE rings.
