'89 Cressida setup

Hi,

I'm helping out a friend who has bought a 1989 Toyota Cressida GLX. It has the stock 6 speaker set up (2 in dash, 2 in front doors, 2 in the rear) and double-din Toyota cassette deck. He's happy for now with the headunit (only listens to the radio) but deperately wants new speakers.

I'm taking him shopping for new speakers, however I don't actually know what sized speakers are in the car. Are the ones in the dash (mounted on the horizontal panel next to the glove box and steering wheel) just tweeters or full range? I'm hoping they are 4" so it is easy to replace them. I'm guessing the door and rear shelf speakers are 6". Are they?

Any tips on installation would be great.

id look for it myself but im on my school laptop and we have Wedsense (like a internet blocker) but you should go to www.crutchfield.com and put in the vehicle year and make and such.....it should tell you what size speakers the car has
