Thank you for the information. Will it be revived or is it closed for good, if you know?
I'm assuming closed for good. There was no warning or anything saying they were closing. Soo as far as I know, anybody who wants more help for their Cressida (besides this forum) can go to the JZX forums, although they cater to more 'modding' vs 'fixing' a cressida (you can see their 'rules' for registration). Not sure that will change due to the closure of TC forums. Another way is to go on the supra celica forums since the supra's used a lot of the same engine components such as the 5M and 7M.
might be temporary, might be permanent. I don't blame him for not wanting to deal with the BS. I had my own gripe and only logged in occasionally to keep my name active but certainly didn't want it shut down.

wth...i just checked it...it's back up again? O.o;
*shrug* such happens when people get pissy at others and then they finally lash out and fight back then think better of it.

Do you have to register to see the cressida topics? It looks more like a family life forum with exception to an unusual Cressida title in the right hand corner.

Yes, you have to register. The one you see when you first type in the URL is a fake one.

i just bought a cressida last week. really bummed to see that TC went down right afterwards.
i just got an 86 MX72. i know quite a bit about cressidas (have owned an x73 and an x83) but this is my first wagon. was hoping to find info about the rear end mainly, maybe do some lurking about a 2jz-ge / auto swap.
Shame that it went down. hopefully it will come back or another new one will pop up!
That is interesting that it's down again. and toyotacressida.com links to technico racings site. I sense drama

That's a shame. There was a lot of good info on there. And not all the crazy juvenile crap thats on JZXProject. I was just going to start a 2GR-FSE swap thread on there. Guess I'll do that on here now.
Last time it went down it was related to someone forgetting to renew the url registration or server bill or something. hopfully it's osmething similar this time and it comes back shortly. I'm guessing the first one since toyotacressida.com leads to that store's site.
