I've come across a TSB [EG010-02] that appears to offer "Enhanced Engine Performance" as a bonus if installed. My RAV4 does not have the problem this TSB fixes but I am intrigued by the bonus engine performance. Of course, my local dealer will not do the TSB ... it involves new ECM software ... because the fundamental problem is not occuring. Has anyone had this TSB done and what, if any, is the enhanced engine performance? Thanks.
