high power alternator

[Tercel GTS]

I've finally found a company that claims to make parts for a Tercel alternator to increase power to 140amps. This will be double the standard output if true. The parts have been ordered and should be here by the end of the week so I'll be able to build one and get specs on it this weekend. I'll have the hot idle output, hot max output and report on what engine rpms it 'spools' at. I'll also get the cold max output numbers for fun. I have a test vehicle in mind that should put loads of stress on.

Awesome! Let us know how much it costs for everything, I'd definitely be interested in more power from the alternator, I get nervous running too much stuff at once in the car...
